Facing up requires you to exercise the winch to check the tire pressure. What good is an inflated spare if the winch is frozen solid..For a flush look with a 9" wide wheel, you'll want a +18 to +25 offset. Going with a 275/70R18 (33x11") will give you the most tire options. Side note: Going over a 65 sidewall forces you into LT rated tires.
