Gt4 allocation.
If it's a complete weekend toy, the GT4 is fun except for the looooong gearing which was really annoying in the manual. If you get the pdk which was just announced, I suspect it will no longer be an issue. Both are great cars, hard decision. And, I was offered another GT4 allocation and passed. The 4L is NOTHING like the 4L in the gt3.
My friend who was promised an allocation for a spyder has been waiting 13 months and he believes the dealership is just putting people in front of him who pay the premium ADM. That said used 718 GT4s can be had for around 130-140. 981 GT4s going around 105-115. I also called several dealerships a few months ago. I dont daily this car. I bought GT4 in 2016 and did a cross-country trip from Indiana to San Francisco back and Key West round trip and New York City round trip thru Watkins Glen all in 2021. Rack up 15000miles. While I was driving, I didn't listen a single song at all. Car was comfortable and so fun to drive.

Right now, you may not have as easy of a time finding an allocation for an S since I suspect the factory is probably prioritizing GT4's, Spyders, and GTS 4.0's.
