I'm currently paying for their ultimate package since it is cheaper than their Preferred package, at the time of signing. I keep getting letters in the mail stating that I deserve an upgrade from Cox stating that I can upgrade to gigablast, 940Mbps down and 35Mbps up, for an extra $20 per month.
