Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

When the red turtle of death light comes on, it's a high voltage issue and the Jeep becomes limited down to a maximum of 5 mph while the red turtle is on and is typically accompanied by the check engine light. This is not the same as the Jeep going into turtle mode, where you can creep home on low power or low gas at 25-30 mph.

BTW, if you want to know about "limp mode" for these trannies, it's a mechanically controlled shift, with your only options being 2nd and 3rd gears by moving the steering column between "1"/"2" and "D" respectively.
