Yes the peeler as main and poleblade in off will do more stagger advantage and proc bleed faster....this is assuming we are only attacking with jumping L1s which I assume anyone with this set up is doing just that....atleast to start a fight. 1 jumping L1 usually breaks even the toughest enemies guard then bleeds them.

Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds. If you're planning to go to like over RL250, then in that case yeah just raise both to 80.
