The main issue with Lucian for low elo players is he has super lower range. In elos where people struggle with spacing on Cait these players need galeforce. Let me make sure it's understood I am one of those players. Anything below Plat you can't utilize kraken slayer to be more useful than galeforce consistently. 1.

I think this matchup is pretty onesided if you play vs a competent Yasuo. If you run exhaust it's easy to time it to neglect Yasuo's burst after his ult. Use it just before ult damage and you will reduce, ult + 1Q + 1 or 2 aa, it won't save your lane systematically but makes harder to dive/abuse you, and slowing a Yas messes with his E and can help setup ganks.First Strike is good when you're with Nami or Milio as these are your best enchanter for the champion.
