When you notice it's a vex strike force head there asap. If no one is there then return to orbit and load back into Neptune and go to the event again.

I think combing both Overload + Vex Strikeforce twice a day on overlaps would be fun. Alot of people find Neomuna isn't incentivising, especially because Neomuna weapons are hard to get. 30 minutes to do both Overload and kill all the minotaurs. Seems that people in this thread don't realize—you can check Neomuna from orbit between xx:45 and xx:15 (for example, 6:45-7:15 pm). If there's a public event in the Incursion Zone, hover your mouse over it and it will tell you if it's the Strike Force event. You don't have to just hang around on the planet.
