Frustrating. Not sure why VVM isn't working for a few folks in this thread on AT&T, but it works just fine on my pre-ordered, Google Store purchased, unlocked 7 Pro. It activated the day the phone arrived on launch day and has worked ever since. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with AT&T support at all.
