As for Espers all you need is Chaos for more white magick. (And Hashmal for cura/raise if you want) Bushi has 12 magick lores which will help boost the white magick. Monk has all 16 battle lores which will boost Bushi's katanas. (and poles) You can also equip genji gloves which will raise combo rates for both katanas and poles.
