Nope, you can get four more Spirit Orbs and a new container with those, but you're still two short to max out everything. The other new shrines hand out "Emblems" for the respective Champions, which look like Spirit Orbs, but fulfill a different purpose. That’s too bad. Thank you for answering though!

You can get easy +24 golden heart food by just jumping off the Faron tower, but to get stamina food, it’s much harder. You can get a full 3 wheels of stamina with 27 hearts left over, plus another heart if you have the dlc.
