Purge Reward Thralls¶ One of the best reward types from the purge attacks is thralls. If you've played Conan Exiles for a while, you'll know that thralls are nothing new. They're essentially followers who can serve different functions such as guarding your base, crafting, or even act as performing dancers.
The Surge is a gameplay mechanic. A surge can be triggered by crafting a Focus Altar at one of the three operational Leyshrines for 10 Hardened Steel Bars. The Wheel of Pain works essentially like any other crafting station: just add fuel (in this case, food) and the item you want to craft (your NPC) and the wheel will slowly break the Thrall down to follow your will. Placing Thralls: After the breaking process is complete, you just add the Thrall to your inventory and place it like any other object.
